Indoor Air Quality
BOMA's efforts have resulted in estimated savings of $10,000 per building through the deletion or modification of provisions that failed to meet our benchmarks of being reasonable, achievable or cost-effective.
Energy Efficiency
BOMA is the only commercial real estate association with representation on the ASHRAE 90.1 Committee. The ASHRAE 90.1 Committee is rewriting the nationally recognized standard on energy efficiency. The potential savings to building owners is in the thousands of dollars per building.
Window Cleaning
BOMA preserved building owner's options to have manual descent control equipment used in window cleaning operations. The savings for our industry: up to $250,000 per building. |
