Membership at BOMA Fort Worth is divided into four levels to best accommodate the industry experts we serve: Principal, Principal Additional, Limited Engineer and Allied. Before deciding which membership category to apply, please note that membership is not held by you the individual - but by your firm. After your firm has been accepted into the Association, you the signing applicant, are designated as the "member of record." A description of each membership type is below.

Membership benefits for Principal, Principal Additional and Allied Membership dues include 10-monthly luncheons (luncheon fees are included in your annual dues; luncheon registration is not transferable if you are unable to attend), access to the full Membership Directory, member rates for events, seminars and publications, and membership with BOMA Texas, Southwest Region and BOMA International. In addition, many educational seminars are FREE to dues paying members.

  2. Recruit a property manager (1 Principal (Primary Member)  or 2 Principal Additional Members) to join BOMA Fort Worth. They must pay their own dues and they must reference your name on the application.
    • The recruited Principal Additional Members can be from an existing member company. To obtain a list of the existing companies, please contact the BOMA Fort Worth office at admin@bomafortworth.org.
    • As a non-member, you can attend two (2) Monthly Luncheons per calendar year and some of our events. Please contact the BOMA Fort Worth office for more details at admin@bomafortworth.org or 817-336-2662.
