Lunch & Learn: Found Money or Uninsured Risk

08.15.18 | 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m.

Building owners face a potentially catastrophic gap in their insurance coverage. In recent years, commercial general liability policies have quietly excluded exposure to Electromagnetic Emissions created by the radio frequency energy from wireless antennas deployed within or on top of buildings. These silent exclusions have resulted in heightened liability for building owners, their risk managers and site management companies who remain relatively unaware. Attendees of this presentation will learn more about:

  • The increasing number of workers that encounter RF antennas each year
  • How to improve safety training, and compliance with FCC rules/regulations;
  • How to identify gaps in insurance coverage and how to mitigate your risk.

Reservations are required and free for BOMA Fort Worth dues paying members; non-members may attend for $45 per person. All reservations and/or cancellations must be made by Noon, August 13th; cancellations must be received in writing (
