Membership Makes A Difference

As influencers in the commercial real estate industry, BOMA Fort Worth is ideally positioned to help our members meet the challenges and capture the opportunities facing our ever-changing industry. With our finger on the pulse of the commercial real estate market, we are able to anticipate, influence, and respond to a wide variety of critical issues and initiatives.

Our membership is comprised of a diverse group of commercial office, institutional and public buildings, as well as highly valued affiliate companies providing key building-related services. Their collective experience and expertise, combined with the capabilities of our professional staff, are devoted solely to the promotion of the commercial real estate industry in Fort Worth and surrounding cities within Tarrant, Denton, Wise and Parker counties.

In addition to advocacy, BOMA Fort Worth is committed to professional development and networking, including a strong focus on fostering the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. Our programs and offerings provide BOMA Fort Worth members with unique and rewarding opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

Membership in BOMA Fort Worth is organized into these two categories:

Principal Members

Individuals representing business entities in the business of owning, managing, developing, leasing or controlling real property shall be the Principal members of the Association. Members of their support team are then eligible for membership in the Principal-Additional, Emerging Professional, and Limited Engineer categories. Each real estate firm will have one (1) Principal member.

Allied Members

Allied Membership shall be open to firms or corporations providing services and/or products to the commercial real estate industry, for example those connected with building systems, janitorial, landscape, construction, restoration, etc. This membership includes for one (1) membership reported to BOMA International, and may add a secondary membership (Allied-Additional) member for an additional fee.
